Alla was amazing, so kind, lovely and my hair is amazing. I've had a lot of hair loss and Alla gave great advice on which type of cuts would be best for making it look thicker. I've gone from thin scraggly looking hair to neat, thicker looking hair with just the right cut. Alla checked throughout the length cutting to make sure it was exactly right for me as I was having quite a lot cut off. Because she cut the length gradually, I was able to get used to the shorter length easily, rather than having the shock of having a lot cut in one go (I think she could tell I was nervous and this made me more relaxed).
I've avoided a haircut for several years because I usually find it quite stressful and end up with a migraine due to being neurodivergent. Not only did I not get a migriane, the experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I usually struggle with the hair washing part but the lovely lady who washed my hair was also brilliant. Calling and booking was also stress free. Sorry the review is long, but it's really hard to find a stress free, let alone enjoyable hair cutting experience. And there's usually something I don't like about my hair once I leave but this time I love it and not a single thing I don't like. The communication from Alla throught the process was very neurodivergent friendly!
