She was so patient with me, really took her time throughout the entire appointment, and never made me feel rushed. She listened carefully to what I wanted and asked plenty of questions to make sure she fully understood the look I was hoping to achieve with my hair. Jemma was so friendly and chatty, which made the appointment really enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling their absolute best. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure every step was done perfectly. I left with the most beautiful balayage, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour is blended so naturally, exactly what I had envisioned and more. Before I left, she also gave me lots of helpful advice on how to care for and maintain my balayage so it stays looking fresh and healthy, which I really appreciated. On top of that, all of the staff were so welcoming, kind, and friendly, creating such a lovely atmosphere in the salon.
