We are proud to employ an exceptional team of hair professionals at Headspace.
Our talented team consist of Principle Stylist and Educator, Hayley, Expert Stylist, Maisie , Accomplished Stylists Alla and Jemma. Stylist Keira and stylist in the making, Carmen, our second year graduate trainee.
All our stylist are committed to excellence and regularly participate in training in the latest techniques, for hair cutting, colouring, styling and hair care management, to ensure their skills are continuously on point.

Hey, I’m Hayley!
Hairdressing has been my world for as long as I can remember. For me, it’s not just about cutting or colouring, it’s about seeing that shift in confidence when someone looks in the mirror and feels amazing. That’s what keeps me passionate about what I do.
Balayage and colour transformations are a huge passion of mine, especially creating soft blends and natural dimension that grow out beautifully. I also love cut transformations, whether it’s a big chop, a completely new shape, or helping someone reinvent their look.
Alongside ladies styling and colour work, I also offer barbering and gents styling sessions, creating sharp, tailored looks with a modern edge. I also love elegant hair-up styling for special occasions. Every client and every head of hair is unique, and that’s exactly why I love what I do.

Hi there, I’m Jemma!
I’m an experienced stylist so you will always be in good hands with me. I have a real passion for cutting, styling and colour, having gained valuable experience during my time working within a well-known London salon.
I love creating personalised hair that leaves my clients feeling confident, refreshed and truly looked after. Attention to detail is incredibly important to me, whether I’m creating a seamless balayage transformation, refreshing a colour, or giving someone a complete restyle.
For me, hairdressing is about more than just great hair — it’s about helping people feel their very best every time they visit Headspace.
I am available Tuesday to Saturday as well as working to 8:30 pm on Thursdays. looking forward to welcoming you to my chair.

I can honestly say that I’m passionate in all that I do behind the chair. Whether it’s a regular maintenance cut, complete restyle, big bouncy blow dry, or full colour hair session, I truly love helping my clients look and feel their best.
From a simple root refresh, global colour. beautiful Highlights, or more intricate Balayage, my aim is always the same – to create hair that makes you feel confident and fabulous. There’s nothing better than seeing a clients smile as they leave Headspace, knowing they feel amazing

Hi there, I’m Alla!
With over 20 years of experience in hairdressing, I can honestly say that I love what I do—every single day.
Whether you’re coming in for a precision cut, a fresh new colour, or a complete style transformation, I take the time to properly listen and understand exactly what you want. I’m also experienced in barbering, and I take real pride in delivering sharp, clean results—whether you’re after a classic style or something more modern.
One of the things I’m especially comfortable with is styling children’s hair. I understand that kids need patience, a calm approach, and someone who knows how to handle things gently—so whether it’s a simple trim or a style for a special occasion, I’ll make sure they feel at ease.
Whatever your needs—whether you already know the look you want or you’re not quite sure yet—I’m here to guide you. You can be confident that while you’re in my chair, you will receive attentive care, honest advice and results you will love.
I’m available Tuesday through Saturday and look forward to welcoming you to Headspace.

Year 2 Graduate Trainee
Hey, I’m Carmen!
I joined Headspace straight from school as an apprentice, and I’m now in my second year as a Graduate Trainee Hairdresser. I’m completely hair-obsessed and love that I’m constantly learning and developing new skills every day.
One of the things I love most about Headspace is the support around me. Alongside my training with Hayley, our Principal Stylist, the whole team plays a part in mentoring and developing me, which has helped me progress incredibly quickly at this stage in my career.
I’ve now completed my main cutting and colouring assessments, which means I’m able to offer blow-dries (including GHD curls and straightening), cuts and restyles, highlights, root refreshes, global colouring and toner refresh sessions. As I continue working towards full qualification, my services are currently offered at lower Graduate Trainee prices — making it the perfect time to book with me and give me a try.
I’m currently available on Thursdays (including late night appointments), Fridays and Saturdays, and I’m already lucky enough to have some lovely regular clients in the salon. You can book with me online right here through Headspace, or by calling 01582 663703.
