I wanted to be a hairdresser ever since I can remember.  I’m obsessed with the way hair becomes a living canvas, shifting with light, movement, and mood. It’s not about trends or rules for me, it’s about transformation, identity, and fearless self-expression.

My ultimate love has to be vivid colours . Bright, punchy shades that demand attention and tell a story. Whether it’s deep magentas, electric blues, or ultraviolet blends that melt into fire, I live for crafting colour that feels loud in the best way. The moment someone sees themselves in a whole new light, that’s the real magic.

I don’t just colour  hair, I colour confidence, individuality, and sometimes a little rebellion. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I absolutely love hairdressing—it’s more than just a job to me; it’s a way to express creativity, connect with people, and make others feel confident and beautiful. There’s something so rewarding about seeing a client leave my chair smiling, knowing I played a part in that.

Out of everything I do, blonding is by far my favourite! Whether it’s soft sun-kissed highlights, icy platinum, or a full blonde transformation, I love the artistry and precision it takes. Every head of hair is unique, and creating the perfect blonde tone feels like painting a masterpiece every time.

It’s not just about changing hair—it’s about making people feel like the best version of themselves.

Hi there, I’m Carmen!

I joined Headspace  as their apprentice directly from school last year. I wont lie, I’m now hair obsessed! I am constantly learning new skills and love, that as well as my manager, the whole team get involved in mentoring me. As I am  building my client following, I am  currently offering the ultimate blowdry with free straightening, or  lush curls for just £14 (£19, if you have very long/thick hair).
